How do I join the Loyalty Program?
Customers can register as a member through participating Wilford outlets or official registration channels provided by Wilford Universe.
How do I earn points?
Members earn points by shopping at Wilford Mega.
Every RM1 spent = 1 Point earned.
Where can I redeem my points?
Collected points can be redeemed at Wilford Universe for vouchers, rewards, and selected member-exclusive promotions.
How long are my points valid?
All points are valid for 1 year from the date earned. Expired points cannot be extended or
reinstated.
How can I check my points balance?
Members may check their points balance through participating counters, membership channels, or official loyalty platforms.
Can points be transferred to another member?
No. Points are strictly non-transferable and can only be used by the registered member.
Can points be exchanged for cash?
No. Points have no cash value and cannot be converted into cash.
What happens if my account is suspected of misuse? Wilford Universe reserves the right to suspend or terminate
