Members can earn loyalty points through eligible purchases made at Wilford Mega. Every successful purchase will earn points based on the current earning rate of RM1 = 1 Point unless otherwise stated during promotional campaigns or special events. Points collected can be redeemed for vouchers, rewards, or exclusive member benefits available within the Wilford Universe Loyalty Program.

All loyalty points are valid for 1 year from the date they are earned. Expired points will be automatically removed from the member’s account and cannot be reinstated, transferred, exchanged for cash, or refunded under any circumstances. Members are encouraged to monitor their point balance and redemption validity regularly.

The Wilford Universe Loyalty Program is intended for personal use only. Any misuse, fraudulent activity, abuse of the program, duplication of accounts, or unauthorized transfer of points may result in suspension or termination of membership without prior notice. Wilford Universe reserves the right to investigate suspicious activities and make final decisions regarding account eligibility and reward redemption.

Rewards, vouchers, promotions, and redemption items are subject to availability and may change without prior notice. Wilford Universe reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or terminate any part of the loyalty program, including point structures, redemption values, benefits, and promotional mechanics at any time.

By joining the program, members consent to the collection and use of personal information for membership management, marketing communication, promotional updates, and service improvements in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection regulations.
